Every land listed on Herpavilion has been verified by our team, including a physical site inspection and a review of the title documents. We also provide the survey plan and relevant documentation upfront, and you or your lawyer are welcome to carry out independent verification at the land registry before you commit.
What documents will I receive after purchasing land?
Depending on the specific land, you will receive documents such as the Deed of Assignment, Survey Plan, and where applicable, a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) or Governor's Consent. Our team will walk you through exactly what applies to your chosen property before you pay.
Can I visit a land before making a payment?
Yes. You can request a site inspection directly from any land listing, and one of our agents will accompany you to the property at a time that works for you.
Do you offer installment payment plans for land purchases?
Many of our land plots support flexible payment plans. The available options are shown on each land's listing page, or you can ask your assigned agent for the current plans on a specific property.
What happens after I submit a land enquiry?
An agent is assigned to your enquiry and will reach out via your preferred contact method (phone, email or WhatsApp) usually within 24 hours to answer your questions and arrange next steps, such as a site inspection.
Is the land size on the listing guaranteed?
Yes, the land size stated on each listing reflects the approved survey plan for that plot. We recommend reviewing the survey plan yourself as part of the verification process before completing payment.
Can I use the land for commercial purposes?
It depends on the specific plot and its designated use. Land use restrictions (residential, commercial, mixed-use) are noted on each listing ÔÇö ask your agent if you need a particular land use confirmed before purchasing.
How long does the documentation process take after payment?
Documentation timelines vary by property and location, but our team keeps you updated throughout the process from your client dashboard, so you always know the current stage.
Do you help with land registration and perfection of title?
Yes, our team can guide you through registering your documents and, where applicable, perfecting your title at the relevant land registry. This is discussed as part of the documentation stage after purchase.
What if I want to reserve a plot while I arrange funds?
Some plots can be temporarily reserved. Speak with your assigned agent about reservation terms and timelines for the specific land you're interested in.
Are your agents commissioned or salaried, and does that affect pricing?
Our agents represent Herpavilion directly, and listed prices are the actual land prices ÔÇö there's no separate agent markup added on top of what you see.
Can I track the status of my land enquiry online?
Yes. Once you register and submit an enquiry, you can track its progress ÔÇö including agent contact, inspection scheduling, documentation and payment ÔÇö from your client dashboard at any time.

A valid means of identification is helpful, along with any questions you have prepared. Your assigned agent will handle the rest and can answer questions about the neighborhood, access roads and nearby developments.
Can I resell land I purchased through Herpavilion?
Yes, once your documentation is complete and title has been transferred to you, the land is yours to keep, develop or resell as you see fit.
