These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Herpavilion website and services, covering both our Real Estate (land sales) and Home Cleaning & Property Care divisions. By creating an account, submitting an enquiry, booking a service, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Herpavilion is a Nigerian company offering land sales and professional home cleaning & property care services. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Herpavilion; references to "you" mean the person or entity using our services.

2. Accounts

To book services, enquire about land, or track your activity, you may need to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Real Estate Services

Listings on our site describe land available for sale through Herpavilion or its partner agents. Listing details (price, size, location, documentation status) are provided in good faith but are not a binding offer — availability, pricing and terms are only confirmed once an agent has verified them with you directly. Submitting an enquiry or requesting an inspection does not create a contract of sale; a sale is only final once formal documentation is signed and payment terms agreed in writing.

4. Home Cleaning & Property Care Services

Booking a cleaning or property-care service through our site is a request for service, subject to confirmation by our team based on availability. Quoted prices are estimates until a final quote is confirmed for your specific job. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for our staff to carry out the work, and to disclose any known hazards (structural, electrical, pest-related, etc.) in advance.

5. Payments

Payment terms (amount, method and due date) will be communicated to you via invoice, either in your dashboard or by email. We do not store your card or bank login details. Where payment is made by bank transfer, please use the reference provided so we can match your payment promptly. Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a cleaning booking or land inspection request by contacting us or through your dashboard, subject to any cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking. Land purchase agreements, once formally signed, are governed by the terms of that specific agreement rather than these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website — including submitting false information, attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care in everything we do, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, Herpavilion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
